The latest ultra rare offering from Rare Mp3 looked like it could be an interesting and enjoyable listen and seeing as the weather here is cold and wet here and I decided not to go tramping in this crap and as I did get all my gardening chores done yesterday, today I have the luxury of  some quality music time.
Motown influenced rock with funky rhythms and enjoyable guitaring. Reminds me a bit of Rare Earth. Not a stunning album but very competent and enjoyable with some interesting covers, especially Neil Young's "Down By The River" and the Temptations "Cloud Nine" which, although not the best version I have heard, is still quite enjoyable. The Originals are strong and they deserve more recognition than they got, but I guess its not particularly groundbreaking and also not particularly distinctive. Defiantly collectible in my opinion and I'll give it 3.5/5.

  2. Thanks You for your visit Whiteray and comment, I don't post music here, I leave that to Chuntao at Rare MP3 and she has posted stuff for me in the past including all my roddus samplers, as she gets so much more traffic than I ever will. On this blog I do short reviews of albums from my collection and stuff on my other hobby, Hiking and some times a live concert review when I get to go to one. I try to provide links to other download sources for any thing I review .
