Kev's second LP from 1970 is another one that didn't last much past morning tea on the Ipod today. A real mixed bag with some great prog type tracks, especially "lunatics lament" with it's excellent guitar solo and psychedelic overtones. "Clarance in Wonderland" is a wonderful offbeat pop number with a great bass line, funny sounding sax and other weird sounds. Several other songs are OK, with elements of folk and psychedelia and others are just plain stupid( the bonus track "Hat" and pretty boring(the couple of Avant-Garde noodles on the main album are pointless and irritating). This album does have merit and Kevin's quirky  and off beat style is unique and he has certainly created something different but overall I am mostly unmoved and can only rate this 2/5.
