Mutant Sounds Album Of The Week
I am not a great fan of most types of ambient, drone, noise, or whatever. This set verges on the industrial side of things in places but has some quieter more subtle moments which lend it the ambience tone. I have enjoyed this one more than I thought I would and it hasn't been at all unpleasant as it has droned away in the background while I have been reading. Not something I would spend time with in more focussed listening. There are some quite nice guitar noodlings inter-weaved into some of these soundscapes that caught my attention that have elevated this recording to get a rating of 3/5.
